SAN FRANCISCO – A man alleges his benefits were wrongfully terminated without a reasonable basis.

Dr. Glenn M. Strome filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Radnet Employee Benefit Plan and Radnet Management Inc. alleging violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security ACt.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages as a result of unpaid disability benefits. The plaintiff holds Radnet Employee Benefit Plan and Radnet Management Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly terminated plaintiff's disability payments without any basis.

The plaintiff seeks award benefits due to him, interest, statutory penalties, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Julian M. Baum and Lisa A. Lawrence of Julian M. Baum & Associates in Novato.
