SAN FRANCISCO – A Paramount vaporizer company and its founder allege a Rancho Cucamonga man and his companies sold copies of its products.
Asmodus Inc. and Hsueh Cheng Yin filed a complaint on June 15, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Junbiao Ou, Shenzhen Sigelei Technology Co. LTD, Dongguan Shenxi Hardware Electronics Technology Co. LTD, Wehe, Laisimo, ACM Vape, Global Vaping LLC and does 1 through 50 alleging trademark infringement.
According to the complaint, Junbaio Ou previously manufactured vaping products for the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs hold Junbiao Ou, Shenzhen Sigelei Technology Co. LTD, Dongguan Shenxi Hardware Electronics Technology Co. LTD, Wehe, Laisimo, ACM Vape, Global Vaping LLC and does 1 through 50 responsible because the defendants allegedly manufactured and distributed counterfeit copies of plaintiffs' products in an attempt to steal their business.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek preliminary and permanently enjoin the defendant from further using plaintiff's marks, damages, punitive and exemplary damages, all other damages plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
