LOS ANGELES – A commercial photographer claims a Marina Del Rey ticket and sporting event website unlawfully used his photo.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from having his copyrighted work used without his permission by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Razorgator Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly publicly displayed plaintiff's work on its website to promote its services.
