SAN FRANCISCO – A New York-based debt buyer alleges an individual owes more than $20,000.

Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint on March 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Dalton Allen and Does 1 through 100 alleging open book account.

According to the complaint, Citibank charged off an account with Allen in 2014 with a balance of $20,917.89, which was adjusted to $20,658.99. The plaintiff alleges the defendants last made a payment on the account in 2013.

The plaintiff holds Allen and Does 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay any part of the total amount due to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks sum of $20,658.99, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew W. Quall of Quall Cardot LLP in Fresno.
