Motorcycle rider claims collision with mo-ped driver ejected him from bike, caused injuries

SAN FRANCISCO – A man has filed a suit against the driver of a mo-ped after an accident in the city.

Carlos Alvarado filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Peeyush Aggarwal, Scoot Networks Inc. and Does 1 through 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 18, 2016, he was operating his motorcycle on California Street in San Francisco when he was struck by Aggarawl, who was driving a mo-ped owned by Scoot Networks. He alleges he was ejected from his motorcycle and was injured.

The plaintiff seeks general damages, special damages, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Robert L. Bianco and Gregory O. Bianco of The Bianco Law Firm LLP in San Francicso.
