R.V. Stich Construction Inc. alleges it is owed more than $170,000

SAN FRANCISCO — A construction company alleges it was not paid for work on a San Francisco property.

R.V. Stich Construction Inc. filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Ocean Park Development LLC, First Citizens Bank and Does 1 through 30 for alleged breach of contract.

The plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from not being paid for its work on a San Francisco property in 2015, according to the complaint. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff for costs of materials or its services.

The plaintiff seeks the sum of $176,271.70 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Hans W. Herb of Law Offices of Hans W. Herb in Santa Rosa.
