Wells Fargo Bank alleges woman owes more than $5,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A financial institution alleges an individual has failed to pay a balance.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Shirley Meng and Does 1 through 100 alleging open book.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants are indebted to it for $5,477.58 and that they have failed to pay any of the balance due.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $5,477.58, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew W. Quall, Ranjeet K. Brar and Alexa A. Chrisos of Quall Cardot LLP in Fresno.
