Wells Fargo Bank claims it is owed more than $30,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A financial institution alleges an individual has defaulted on the payments for a debt.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Inwhan Cho and Does 1 through 100 alleging open book.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants are indebted to it for $31,613.04 and that they have not paid any portion of this balance.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $31,613.04, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew W. Quall of Quall Cardot LLP in Fresno.
