Wells Fargo seeks more than $7,000 allegedly owed by individual

SAN FRANCISCO – A financial institution claims it is owed more than $7,000.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Lee Rungsitiyakorn and Does 1 through 100 alleging open book.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants have defaulted on payments for more than $7,000.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $7,788.06, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew W. Quall, Alexa A. Chrisos and Ranjeet K. Brar of Quall Cardot LLP in Fresno.
