SAN FRANCISCO – A Contra Costa County resident claims property was not equally divided after a relationship ended.

Anthony Bass filed a complaint on April 5 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Sandra Pierce alleging breach of contract

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant were previously in a relationship that ended in 2014. The plaintiff holds Pierce responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to account for and equally divide their property once it became due and owing in April 2015.

The plaintiff seeks damages of $187,574.56, offset by a credit of approximately $50,000, for the approximate balance due of $137,574.56; order the defendant to account to plaintiff for all the joint property, earnings and income; award damages to the plaintiff all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Ian E. Goldenberg in Oakland.
