Individual claims unsafe speed, unsafe distance contributed to San Francisco collision

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco County driver is accused of negligence after an accident in the city.

Mohamed Algazali filed a complaint on April 5 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Eileen Palmer, also known as Eileen Jordan, and Does 1 through 10, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 30, 2015, he was driving at the intersection of Second Street and Mission Street when the defendant's vehicle struck his. He alleges he suffered physical injuries and damages to his property. The plaintiff holds Palmer and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the Palmer allegedly operated the vehicle at an unsafe speed and unsafe distance.

The plaintiff seeks general damages, special damages in an amount of more than $25,000, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Michael Martinovsky of Law Offices of Michael Martinovsky PC in San Rafael.
