SAN FRANCISCO – A disabled person alleges a gas station employee's car blocked his access to the property.
Cesar Madrillejos filed a complaint on April 4 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Northwest Dealerco Holdings LLC citing the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in February, he visited the defendant's property on Geary Boulevard in San Francisco and found the disabled parking access aisle was blocked by an employee's vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks injunctive relief, declaratory relief and general damages of $25,540.
