Man alleges car dealer failed to pay him for five vehicles he sold

Late 06

FRESNO – A Fresno County man alleges that he was not paid for vehicles he sold.

Rocky Adams filed a complaint on April 17 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Mardiros Serop Aram, Western Surety Co. and Does 1 through 10 alleging fraud, breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff agreed to sell five vehicles to Aram, a used auto dealer, in May 2016.

The plaintiff holds Aram, Western Surety Co. and Does 1 through 10 responsible because Aram allegedly breached his agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay him for the five vehicles he acquired.

The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $29,000 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Randolf Krbechek of Law Offices of Randolf Krbechek in Fresno.
