Law money 03

SAN FRANCISCO – A former employee for a San Francisco restaurant alleges he was not provided meal breaks or paid for all hours worked.

Llancarlo Romo filed a complaint on April 6 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Kabuto Inc., Eunpil Cho, Sunhee Cho and Does 1-10 citing state labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages for not receiving accurate wages. The plaintiff holds Kabuto Inc., Eunpil Cho, Sunhee Cho and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly willfully refused to pay all wages due to plaintiff by not allowing him to take the required meal and rest periods and by not paying proper overtime compensation for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per workweek.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for all unpaid wages, penalties for not issuing accurate itemized wage statements, attorney's fees, costs and such other just and proper relief. He is represented by Jason Szydlik of Law Offices of Jason Szydlik in San Francisco.
