SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges former condo owners failed to conduct inspection for damages.

Judith Hill filed a complaint on April 7 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Larry S. Liederman, as trustee of the Larry S. Liederman Living Trust, and Does 1-100 alleging breach of written contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she purchased a condo from the defendants in 2013. The suit states that in April 2016, the plaintiff discovered water intrusion had damaged the property and as a member of the condo association, she had to pay $100,000 for repairs.

The plaintiff holds Liederman, as trustee of the Larry S. Liederman Living Trust, and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to conduct a visual inspection and failed to create a reserve funding plan as required by state codes.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $100,000, all legal fees, interest, punitive and exemplary damages and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Denise A. Leadbetter and Susan K. Breed of Law Offices of Denise A. Leadbetter in San Francisco.
