SAN FRANCISCO – A debt buyer alleges a San Francisco resident defaulted on a loan.
PMGI Financial LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in San Francisco County Superior Court against Leontyne C. Smith and Does 1 to 5 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff acquired sole ownership of a LoanMe Inc. loan allegedly in default by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Smith and Does 1 to 5 responsible because the defendant allegedly breached her contractual agreement by failing to make payments that were due.
The plaintiff seeks damages of $3,100, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by John P. Kenosian of Law Offices of Kenosian & Miele LLP in Los Angeles.
