Crazy Horse alleges individual owes more than $4,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A California corporation alleges a Pennsylvania individual failed to pay for services provided.

Heritage Management Services Inc., doing business as Crazy Horse, filed a complaint on April 7 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Matthew T. Logue alleging breach of written contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant entered into a script agreement in 2016. The plaintiff holds Logue responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay his debt to the plaintiff plus additional fees.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks money judgment in the amount of $4,950 plus interest, all legal fees and any relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Arthur D. Levy of Law Offices of Arthur D. Levy in Oakland.
