Americredit Financial Services Inc. seeks more than $24,000 from individuals

SAN FRANCISCO – A debt collector alleges that two individuals defaulted on a car loan.

Americredit Financial Services Inc., doing business as GM Financial, filed a complaint on April 10 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Mark Dean Edwards, Kimberlin House Rodriguez and Does 1 through 10 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendants purchased a vehicle in 2014. The plaintiff holds Edwards, Rodriguez and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the sum of $25,573.70 plus interest and failed to surrender the property.

The plaintiffs seek damages in the sum of $24,448.54 plus interest at the rate of 13.99 percent, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Austin P. Nagel of Law Offices of Austin P. Nagel in San Ramon.
