SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco County couple are seeking a quiet title to their property.
Walter Lee and Saulee Lee filed a complaint on April 13 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Derrick Quan, also known Derrik Quan; Waller International Inc.; Unisource Financial USA; First American Title Insurance Co.; and Does 1 through 40 alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other counts.
According to the complaint, Walter Lee executed a promissory note with Waller in 1989. The plaintiffs allege Quan and Waller refused to release Walter Lee from his debt obligations after full payment of the loan.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek termination of any security interest in the property, general damages, punitive damages, treble damages, interest, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Lawrence Wong and Robert Yang of Wong & Associates in Oakland.
