Man alleges he was wrongfully terminated by JPMorgan Chase Bank

Wrongful term 10

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Mateo County man claims that he was terminated after his complaints of not receiving his commission payments.

Jeff Turnbaugh filed a complaint on April 13 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against JPMorgan Chase Bank and Does 1 through 10 alleging wrongful termination and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was not paid his commissions from September 2009 to June 2016. He alleges he was terminated from employment for complaining about not getting his commission.

The plaintiff holds JPMorgan Chase Bank and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay his commissions.

The plaintiff seeks special damages, waiting time penalties, all legal fees, interest on all unpaid wages, disgorgement and restitution, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Noah D. Lebowitz of Duckworth Peters Lebowitz Olivier LLP in San Francisco.
