Man alleges he was wrongfully terminated by Foster Poultry Farms

Wrongful term 12

FRESNO – A Fresno County man alleges he was terminated in retaliation from his position as a security officer.

Steven Morgan filed a complaint on April 28 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Foster Poultry Farms Inc. and Does 1-10 alleging wrongful termination and violation of labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was employed by the defendants from 2000 to June 2016 as a security officer. He alleges he was terminated in retaliation for reporting workplace theft, fraud and other misconduct.

The plaintiff holds Foster Poultry Farms Inc. and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants also allegedly failed to provide rest and meal periods and failed to pay wages due upon termination.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, prejudgment interest, attorney’s fees and costs and such relief as the court deems proper. He is represented by Kevin G. Little of Law Office of Kevin G. Little in Fresno.
