SAN FRNACISCO – Two Vallejo residents allege the husband was injured in a collision in San Francisco.
Elsayed Elhamaki and Hend Elmetwaly filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Jian Guo Song and Does 1 to 10 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on July 18, 2015, Elsayed Elhamaki was driving near the intersection of Embarcadero North and Green Street in San Francisco and was struck by the defendant, who was driving under the influence. The plaintiff alleges he was injured and Hend Elmetwaly alleges she lost the consortium of her husband.
The plaintiffs hold Jian Guo Song and Does 1 to 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly operated his vehicle while under the influence.
The plaintiffs seek general damages, special damages, interest, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by James C. Hann and Jodie Steinberg of Hann Law Firm in San Jose.
