Man alleges All Commercial Landscape Service violated labor codes

FRESNO – A landscaping company with a facility in Kingsburg is alleged to have failed to provide employees with meal breaks.

Liborio Villasenor filed a complaint on behalf of individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated filed a complaint on May 5 in the Fresno County Superior Court against All Commercial Landscape Service, ACLS Inc. and Does 1-50 alleging violation of state labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that defendants allegedly unlawfully deducted certain sums of money from plaintiff's wages, failed to provide meal breaks and to timely pay final wages at the end of his employment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks certification of this action as a class action, appointing plaintiff as class representative and plaintiff's counsel for as class counsel, award for all unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees, costs and such other just and proper relief. He is represented by Justian Jusuf of Law Office of Justian Jusuf APC in Huntington Beach and Sahag Majarlan II of Law Offices of Sahag Majarlan II in Tarzana.
