Driver seeks damages over alleged injuries from collision with San Francisco employee

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco resident alleges she was injured in an auto accident in the city that involved a municipal employee.

Sharon Brown filed a complaint on April 20 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Robert Paul Beck; City and County of San Francisco and Does 1 to 20, municipal corporation and its employee alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 2, 2016, the plaintiff was stopped at a red light at the corner of Golden Gate and Franklin streets when her vehicle was hit from behind by Beck, an employee of the city and county of San Francisco.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general and compensatory damages, special damages, lost wages/ income, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Emmett Gilman of The Gilman Law Firm in San Francisco.
