SAN FRANCISCO – A debt buyer alleges that a San Francisco resident failed to pay a credit card account.
Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Citibank NA, filed a complaint for account stated on April 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Michael S. Davidson, also known as Michael Davidson, and Does 1 to 10.
According to the complaint, Davidson and Does 1 to 10 allegedly failed to pay the charged-off sum of a credit card to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks principal sum of $7,911.99, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Brian N. Winn, Laura M. Hoalst, John E. Gordon, Stephen S. Zeller, Casey M. Jensen, Jason M. Burrows and Nicholas W. Lynes of Winn Law Group APC in Fullerton.
