Motorist seeks damages after McMullin Grade Road collision

FRESNO – A motorist is seeking damages caused by a driver who allegedly failed to yield to the right of way.

Daniel Garza filed a complaint on May 12 in the Fresno County Superior Court against ABS Global Inc. Samuel James Schweer and Does 1-10, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 14, he was driving a Honda Civic on McMullin Grade Road when Schweer collided into his vehicle. As a result of the collision, plaintiff alleges he sustained severe, traumatic and permanent injuries. 

The plaintiff holds ABS Global Inc., Schweer and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendant Schweer allegedly failed to yield for traffic.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court, costs of suit and such other relief as the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Ted B. Wacker and Whit D. Bertch of Law Offices of Ted B. Wacker in Newport Beach.
