FRESNO – A Fresno County individual is alleged to have defaulted on a vehicle loan.
First Technology Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on June 23 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Maria Ines Luna and Does 1 through 30 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 7, 2015, the defendant entered into a contract to secured loan to purchase a vehicle. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant defaulted on the loan in August 2016.
The plaintiff seeks judgment in the sum of the principal amount of $29,512.54, with accumulated interest, attorney's fees incurred, costs of suit and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper.
