First Technology Federal Credit Union alleges it is owed more than $29,000 for loan

FRESNO – A Fresno County individual is alleged to have defaulted on a vehicle loan.

First Technology Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on June 23 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Maria Ines Luna and Does 1 through 30 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 7, 2015, the defendant entered into a contract to secured loan to purchase a vehicle. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant defaulted on the loan in August 2016.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the sum of the principal amount of $29,512.54, with accumulated interest, attorney's fees incurred, costs of suit and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Thomas Caudill of The Law Office of Thomas Caudill in San Jose.
