FRESNO — A patient is suing physicians and a Clovis medical facility, alleging medical negligence during surgery.

Kim Navarette filed a complaint Aug. 29 in Fresno County Superior Court against Clovis Community Hospital, Dr. Eijean Wu, and Does 1 through 10, inclusive, alleging the defendants failed their duty to exercise professional care while performing surgery on the plaintiff.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to properly perform surgery to dissect a lymph node, failed to apply adequate tests before performing a surgery and failed to properly diagnosed and cure patient.

Navarette seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages according to proof, costs of suit, and all other relief that is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by attorney David M. Moeck of Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi, LLP in Fresno.
