FRESNO — A Fresno County motorist is suing other drivers, alleging negligence resulted in a crash that led to injuries.
Pamela Lee Furtado filed a complaint Sept. 13 in Fresno County Superior Court against Addis Ahmed Shaibi, Addis Saiban and Amir Amin Saiban, alleging failure to exercise ordinary care in operation of their vehicle.
According to the complaint, on Aug. 25, 2016, Futardo was driving near the intersection of Palm Avenue and Alluvial Avenue in Fresno when her vehicle was struck by the the defendants' vehicle, causing a collision.
As a result, Furtado says she suffered physical injuries, lost the use of property and incurred hospital and medical expenses.
The plaintiff alleges the defendants managed, controlled and drove their vehicle in such a way as to cause it to collide into another vehicle, thereby causing injuries and damages.
Furtado seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages in excess of $25,000, costs of suit and all other fair, just and equitable relief. She is represented by attorney Jesse R. Fretwell of Law Office of Darryl B. Freedman Inc. in Fresno.
