FRESNO — A Fresno man is suing an attorney, alleging he owes $2.5 million for fraud, legal malpractice and negligence.

Antoian Griffin filed a complaint Oct. 24 in Fresno County Superior Court against Gary A. Hunt, alleging breach of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, Griffin has suffered monetary damages of $2.5 million dollars because of the illegal conduct of Hunt to forge a judge's signature on a court order.

The plaintiff alleges Hunt caused Griffin substantial economic damages and failed his duty to exercise due care, skill and diligence on behalf of the plaintiff.

Griffin seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages of $2.5 million, plus costs of suit and all relief the court deems just. The plaintiff is representing himself.
