FRESNO – A motorist is seeking damages after his vehicle was rear-ended in Clovis.
David Wayne Fankhauser filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Esriana Ramirez and Reannon R. Ramirez alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 13, 2015, he was driving westbound on Shaw Avenue approaching the intersection with Cole Avenue in Clovis when he was violently rear-ended by defendants' vehicle as he came to stop at the intersection for the red traffic signal.
As a result, Fankhauser claims he sustained personal injuries, property damages and hospital and medical expenses.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages and punitive damages according to proof. He is represented by Timothy W. Mazzela of Law Office of Timothy W. Mazzela in Fresno.
