Individuals seek damages for alleged injuries sustained in Fresno collision

FRESNO – Two individuals are seeking damages after a collision at an intersection in Fresno.

Catalina Cid Mendoza and Beatriz Leon filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Apeksha Uday Belkhode and Kuber Pramod Prakash alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Nov. 24, 2016, they were traveling eastbound on Nees Avenue just east of Interstate 5 in Fresno. The suit states the defendants' vehicle failed to stop at the intersection and collided with the plaintiffs' vehicle.

As a result, plaintiffs claim they sustained severe personal injuries, property damages and hospital and medical expenses. 

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages according to proof. They are represented by Timothy W. Mazzela of Law Office of Timothy W. Mazzela in Fresno.
