FRESNO — A Kerman landowner is suing tenants, alleging breach of contract.
Guillermo Cantu filed a complaint Dec. 5 in Fresno County Superior Court against Francisco Carig, Violeta Carig and Does 1-10, alleging they owe more than $63,000.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 21, 2014, Cantu entered into an agreement with the Carigs to rent 40 acres of agricultural farmland off West Gettysburg Avenue in Kerman.
