Car accident 16

FRESNO — A Fresno County couple is suing vehicle owners and an operator, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

John G. Campbell and Christina Campbell filed a complaint Dec. 5 in Fresno County Superior Court against Pool Kingdom, Roger Bonk, Kenneth Gray and Does 1 through 10, alleging the defendants negligently entrusted, managed, maintained, drove, operated, repaired, manufactured and designed the 1993 Ford F-150 so as to cause a collision, resulting in injuries and damages to another motorist.

According to the complaint, on June 30,John G. Campbell was driving his 2012 Toyota Camry westbound on state Route 180 when Gray's Forrd F-150 rear-ended the plaintiff's vehicle, causing injury and damages to Campbell. The suit says Gray was working for Pool Kingdom and Roger Bonk at the time of the incident.

As a result, John G. Campbell says he has suffered bodily injuries which caused his wife, Christiana Campbell lost companionship and the services of her husband.

The plaintiffs allege Gray failed to slow his vehicle for traffic conditions ahead of him and rear-ended another vehicle.

The Campbells seeks trial by jury, non-economic damages, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and all other relief the court deems just and proper. They are represented by attorney Jonathan R. Hayes of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP in Sacramento.
