Renovator alleges construction business owes $21,000

Late 01

SAN FRANCISCO — A renovation business is suing construction services, alleging breach of contract.

Picone Renovations LLC filed a complaint March 5 in San Francisco County Superior Court against Steven Miller, The NWBLK LLC and Does 1-10, alleging they owe more than $21,000.

According to the complaint, in June 2015 and again in June-July  2016, the defendants contracted Picone Renovations to do construction work at 1975 Bryant St., San Francisco. The suit says the defendants have refused to pay the remaining balance of $21,423.64, despite fair and reasonable value of the plaintiff's services.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants accepted, used and enjoyed the services Picone Renovations has provided without paying the required dues, and obligated the plaintiff to retain the services of an attorney.

Picone Renovations seeks trial by jury, general, special and compensatory damages of $21,423.64, and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney Michael Heath of Law Office of Michael Heath in San Francisco.
