Driver seeks damages for alleged injuries sustained in San Francisco collision

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Diego woman alleges she was injured in a collision in San Francisco.

Annie Nobbie filed a complaint on March 12 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Domenico Villeda, Rosa Yoshitsugu and Does 1-100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 13, 2016, the defendants were involved in a collision with her vehicle in San Francisco. She alleges as a result of the auto accident, she sustained physical injuries, lost use of property and was liable for hospital and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff holds Villeda, Yoshitsugu and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly violated California Vehicle code.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in an amount that exceeds $25,000, plus compensatory damages according to proof. She is representing herself.
