SAN FRANCISCO – A pedestrian is seeking damages from a driver after a collision in San Francisco.

Binh Tang filed a complaint on March 14 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Jennifer Fu and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 10, the plaintiff suffered severe and substantial injuries, including facial fractures, head injury, broken teeth, disfigurement, loss of wages and property and medical expenses, as a result of the carelessness of named defendant in operating the vehicle that struck plaintiff while the plaintiff was in a crosswalk.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair and just. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas W.J. Purtell of The Law Offices of Thomas W.J. Purtell in San Francisco.
