SAN FRANCISCO – A California corporation alleges a Texas limited liability company failed to pay for tour-related services it provided.

Adventure Cat Inc. filed a complaint on March 21 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against City Info Experts LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, Adventure Cat Inc. entered into a supplier agreement with Alcatraz Media and other companies in January 2006 to provide tours, tickets and other services. The suit states on July 9, 2015, the defendant acquired Alcatraz Media and has failed to pay invoices for tickets sold.

The plaintiff holds City Info Experts LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to perform its obligations under the supplier agreement and failed to pay plaintiff for the tickets and reservations sold.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount to be proven at trial, plus attorney's fees and costs, and further relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Evan S. Strassberg of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah.
