Woman seeks more than $25,000 over San Francisco auto accident

SAN FRANCISCO – A driver is seeking damages from another motorist over a collision in San Francisco.

Grace Dennis Adams filed a complaint on April 4 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Thomas J. Sena alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 27, 2016, the defendant struck her vehicle with his and caused her injuries. 

The plaintiff holds Sena responsible because the defendant allegedly owned, operated and drove his vehicle in an unsafe manner.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages of more than $25,000 plus cost of suit, and such other relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by David Hart of Law Office of David Hart in Pacifica.
