SAN FRANCISCO – A pedestrian alleges she suffered "debilitating, painful and permanent" injuries after she was struck by a vehicle in San Francisco.
Ericka Martinez DeAguirre filed a complaint on April 23 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Mariano Trujillo alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 29, 2016, as she was lawfully walking in the crosswalk on a green light on Alemany Boulevard in San Francisco, she was struck by defendant Trujillo's vehicle.
The plaintiff holds Trujillo responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to exercise reasonable care in the operation of his vehicle that exhibited an absolute, complete and wanton disregard for the safety and well-being of others.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Gino J. Molinari in San Francisco.
