Woman alleges she was injured when driver struck vehicle when making U-turn in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured when a driver made a U-turn and struck her vehicle in San Francisco.

Ena Karen Cheng filed a complaint on April 25 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Christopher David Turek citing property damage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 4, 2016, she was driving eastbound on Santiago Street near 22nd Avenue in San Francisco when she was struck by defendant's vehicle as Turek allegedly made a U-turn from Santiago Street westbound. 

As a result, Cheng claims she sustained damages, loss of use of property and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof, plus costs of suit. She is represented by Sze-Hang Lo of SHL Law Group in San Francisco.
