SACRAMENTO – A California company that designs and builds web and mobile applications alleges it is owed for services provided to an Australian company.
FullStack Labs LLC filed a complaint on May 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against IMON Network Limited, Heli Yida Cultural Media Co. (Hong Kong) Limited, Jim Johnson, Ian Moffitt and Does 1-10 alleging breach of master services agreement and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided software development services to the defendants under a master services agreement entered into in April 2017. It alleges the defendants stopped paying for the services in October 2017.
The plaintiff holds IMON Network Limited, Heli Yida Cultural Media Co. (Hong Kong) Limited, Johnson, Moffitt and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the outstanding invoices as promised.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages in an amount no less than $221,193; punitive and exemplary damages; interest; attorney's fees; costs of suit; and further relief as the court deems just.
