Passenger alleges she was injured in collision at Fresno intersection

FRESNO – A passenger alleges she was injured in an auto accident involving three vehicles in Fresno.

Marisela Mendez Hernandez filed a complaint on May 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Dennis E. Freeman and Genaro Francisc Lopez Gomez alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 7, 2016, she was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her husband and was stopped for traffic at the intersection of Kings Canyon and Maple in Fresno when defendant Freeman failed stop his vehicle and struck Gomez's vehicle, which in return collided with the vehicle she was riding. 

As a result, Hernandez claims she sustained injuries to her health, strength, activities and shock and injury to her nervous system, all of which have caused great mental and physical pain as well as medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof, costs of suit and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Ron Torem of Torem & Associates in Beverly Hills.
