FRESNO – A woman alleges she was harassed and stalked by her landlord.

Alejandra Quezada filed a complaint on May 11 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Victorio M. Cayme, et al. alleging assault, battery, trespass and intentional infliction of emotion distress.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff entered into a rental agreement with the defendant for a Kerman apartment. She alleges Cayme visited the apartment while she was away without her permission, visited her unexpectedly and sent her unwanted messages through Facebook.

The suit states in April, the defendant fondled her and she contacted the Kerman Police Department, who later arrested him.

The plaintiff holds Cayme, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly invaded plaintiff's right to privacy and repeatedly entered her rental home without her knowledge or approval.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for general, special and punitive damages; interest; costs of suit and further relief as the court deems proper. She is represented by Douglas V. Thornton and Robert W. Branch of Thornton Law Group PC in Fresno, California.
