FRESNO – A consumer alleges a Dodge Charger she purchased has defects and that the manufacturer has not repaired the issues.

Jane Dilillo filed a complaint on May 18 in the FCA US LLC and Does 1 through 10 against Fresno County Superior Court alleging breach of express written warranty and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 21, 2012, she purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger that was manufactured and or distributed by defendant FCA. She alleges that during the warranty period, the vehicle contained or developed numerous defects that defendants allegedly were unable to repair after a reasonable number of opportunities.

As a result, Dilillo claims she suffered damages of no less than $25,001 and the defects have impaired the use, value, or safety of the vehicle.

The plaintiff holds FCA US LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to repair the vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for actual, consequential and incidental damages, costs of suit, prejudgment interest, and for such other relief as the court may deem proper. She is represented by Tionna Dolin of Strategic Legal Practices APC in Los Angeles.
