FRESNO – A Los Angeles County woman has filed suit against a Fresno restaurant over allegations it failed to warn of a substance on the floor that caused her to fall.

Sean White filed a complaint on May 29 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Jack in the Box Inc. and Does 1-50 alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 11, 2017, she was lawfully on defendant's premises located at East Shaw Avenue in Fresno and fell because of a slippery substance present on defendant's floor.

The plaintiff holds Jack in the Box Inc. and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to remedy and/or repair the dangerous condition or warn of it.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general and special damages, prejudgment interest, cost of suit, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by David Azizi of Law Offices of David Azizi in Los Angeles.
