Zobele Mexico alleges Auto Expressions, Kraco Enterprises owes more than $800,000

LOS ANGELES – Two companies with a principal place of business in Los Angeles County are alleged to have failed to pay for goods they ordered.

Zobele Mexico S.A. de C.V. filed a complaint on June 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Auto Expressions LLC and Kraco Enterprises LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it had a valid and enforceable contract with defendants for the sale of air freshener products. Plaintiff claims it has fully performed its obligations under the terms of the contract but has allegedly failed to receive payments due and owing for three invoices from the defendants.

The plaintiff holds Auto Expressions LLC and Kraco Enterprises LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay in full for the products that plaintiff shipped to them beginning in 2017.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the amount of $836,847.08 plus costs, expenses, together with pre- and post-judgment interest, and all further relief as to the court appears just and proper. They are represented by Michael S. Brophy and Bryan C. Hathorn of Withers Bergman LLP in Los Angeles.
