Driver seeks damages over Fresno auto collision

FRESNO – A woman is seeking damages from two individuals after an auto accident in Fresno.

Bianca Chavira filed a complaint on June 11 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Jill Herndon, Jeffrey A. Herndon and Does 1-30 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 12, 2016, near the intersection of Herndon and Polk avenues in Fresno, the defendants struck her vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Hill Herndon, Jeffrey A. Herndon and Does 1-30 responsible because the defendants allegedly operated their vehicle in such a way to cause it to collide with the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages subject to proof at trial. She is represented by Darryl B. Freedman of Law Office of Darryl B. Freedman Inc. in Fresno.
