Motorist alleges collision at Fresno intersection caused injuries

FRESNO – A motorist alleges he was injured in a collision at a Fresno intersection.

Benjamin Shein filed a complaint on June 7 in the Fresno Superior Court against Alexandra Nicole Koretoff, Steve Koretoff and Nancy Koretoff alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 1, 2016, he was driving near the intersection of Herndon and Valentine Avenues in Fresno when his vehicle was allegedly struck by defendants' vehicle. As a result, Shein claims he suffered physical injuries, lost use of property and incurred hospital and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff holds Alexandra Nicole Koretoff, Steve Koretoff and Nancy Koretoff responsible because the defendants allegedly carelessly and negligently, entrusted, owned, managed, maintained, repaired, equipped, controlled, drove and operated their vehicle in such a way as to cause a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Darryl B. Freedman and Jesse R. Fretwell of the Law Office of Darryl B. Freedman Inc. in Fresno.
