FRESNO – A woman is seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in a Fresno County collision.

Maria G. Rivas Alejandre filed a complaint on July 6 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Pedro Gonzalez and CBS Construction Clean Up Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 30, 2016, the plaintiff was driving on Reed Avenue at its intersection with Central Avenue in Fresno County when defendants' vehicle collided with her vehicle.

As a result of the collision, Alejandre claims she sustained physical injuries that required her to employ the services of hospitals, physicians, surgeons, nurses and other professional services.

The plaintiff holds Gonzalez and CBS Construction Clean Up Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly unlawfully owned, drove, operated, maintained, controlled and/or entrusted a vehicle as to directly and proximately cause the collision with Alejandro's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Edward D. Fanucchi and David M. Moeck of Quinland, Kershaw & Fanucchi in Fresno.
